Mr. and Mrs. Robert Heidenescher are celebrating 50 years of marriage with a mass at St. Barbara’s Cloverdale at noon Friday with Rev. Georage Mahas. An open house and family dinner at the Black Angus in Ottoville from 2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday will be hosted by their children. Robert Heidenescher and the former Sally Etter were married Nov. 10, 1973, at St. Isadore Catholic Church, Cuba, Ohio, by Father Eilerman. The couple have five children: Jennifer (Brian) Yant of Cloverdale, Jason (Elizabeth) Heidenescher of Defiance, Eric Heidenescher of Dupont, Ryan Heidenescher of Dupont and Amber (B.J.) Knip of Defiance. They have 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
