Disney Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons has unveiled a new collection of Disney princess-inspired wedding gowns, a spectacular new wedding venue at Epcot, and a new platinum, horse-drawn coach at Disneyland Resort in California.
Princess-Inspired Disney Wedding Gown Collection
The new 18-gown 2024 collection from Allure Bridal (two for each princess) is inspired by Ariel, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Snow White and Tiana. According to Disney Fairy Tale Wedding, “each dress evokes the spirit of its namesake princess to capture the bride’s own style and personality [with] a blend of elegance and fun that can make each bride feel like a princess on the wedding day.”
The gowns feature innovative fabrics and details, including thousands of beads and sequins on a Tiana-inspired look, signature sparkle tulle on a Jasmine-inspired gown, whimsical laser-cut lace for a Rapunzel-inspired style, and a unique platinum colorway with metallic-backed Chantilly lace and beaded lace appliques for a Cinderella-inspired ballgown.
Aurora and Tiana gown styles also feature detachable sleeves to transition from the ceremony to the reception.
All princess-inspired wedding gowns in the collection are available in sizes 0 to 30, starting at $1,799, and are available at all authorized Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection retailers.
New Disney Wedding Venue at Epcot
The new Disney Fairy Tale Weddings venue in World Celebration Gardens – available for private, after-hours ceremonies and receptions in January 2025 and beyond – features a unique lighting display that sparkles on Spaceship Earth with changing color patterns choreographed to music.
The new World Celebration Gardens venue joins current in-park wedding locations at Epcot: World Plaza and Living Seas Salon, plus the Germany Courtyard, American Rotunda, China Courtyard, Great Hall of China, Italy Isola, Italy Plaza, Japan Courtyard, Morocco, Norway Loft, Place de Remy, Terrace de Fleurs, United Kingdom Courtyard, and United Kingdom Lochside in World Showcase.
New Platinum Coach at Disneyland Resort
Beginning March 2024, couples tying the knot at Disneyland Resort in California can elevate their wedding by arriving in the new Cinderella Platinum Coach with details inspired by Disney’s classic love story, including a pumpkin canopy and interior adorned with more than 75 hand-shaped leaves.
The new Platinum Coach joins the Cinderella Coach at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and the Disney Fairy Tale Carriage at Disneyland Paris.
“The new gown collection, Epcot venue, and coach continue our tradition of bringing fairy tales to life for couples,” said Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons Marketing Director Korri McFann. “Immersive, one-of-a-kind wedding venues set the stage, and we add to that with countless experiences and details that allow us to tell each couple’s unique love story in enchanting and magical ways.”
Couples can get married at more than 100 locations, including at the Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Resort, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, and aboard Disney Cruise Line ships.
