Man reports $10,000 wedding ring missing from Manhattan hotel – WIBW

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – Riley County police were investigating a report of a stolen wedding ring from a Manhattan hotel, officials said.

The missing ring was reported around 2:32 p.m. Monday from a hotel in the 500 block of S. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

Officers listed a 51-year-old man as the victim of theft when it was reported a wedding ring was left in his hotel room for an hour and it was missing when he returned.

The loss was listed at $10,000.

Riley County police officials said the suspect was unknown.
