Mortimer was later introduced to Scott Kluth by her former castmate Carole Radziwill in 2017, and they began an on-off relationship.
Although the pair maintained an arduous long-distance romance, it was announced that they had become engaged in November of 2019.
The pair remained together until March of 2021, when it was revealed that they had split up.
Following the end of her relationship with Kluth, Mortimer spoke to People and expressed that she had greatly enjoyed re-entering the dating scene.
‘I’m having fun doing it,’ she said. ‘I feel free and like myself again.’
The social media figure also shed light on the end of her engagement, and stated that her former fiancé found life in front of the cameras to have been ‘just too much’ to handle.
